Banigo Mourns Senator Mpigi, Describes Death as Great Loss to Rivers West
Senator Ipalibo Harry Banigo, who represents Rivers West Senatorial District, has expressed sadness over the death of fellow lawmaker, Senator Barinada Mpigi, describing it as a painful loss to Rivers State and the country.
