On the occasion of Workers’ Day 2026, I extend warm greetings and heartfelt appreciation to all Nigerian workers, particularly the dedicated staff and volunteers of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps (NTAC), whose commitment continues to strengthen our nation’s presence across the globe.
Today, we celebrate the dignity of labour, the resilience of the Nigerian spirit, and the invaluable contributions of workers to national development and international cooperation.
At NTAC, our mandate of promoting South-South Cooperation is made possible through the professionalism, sacrifice, and excellence of our technical volunteers and administrative personnel who serve selflessly in partner countries.
Your efforts not only project Nigeria’s image positively on the global stage but also foster goodwill, mutual understanding, and sustainable development among nations.
You remain true ambassadors of our country’s values, and your impact is both significant and deeply appreciated.
As we mark this year’s Workers’ Day, I urge all workers to remain steadfast, innovative, and committed to excellence, even in the face of evolving global challenges.
Together, we can continue to build a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria and a more cooperative international community.
