NIGERIA ARMY OPENS FOOD OUTLET IN ASOKORO
The Nigeria Army in other to Foster good relationship between the military and civil society opened a new restaurant in A.Y.A area of Asokoro, Abuja today.
The Commissioning of the ST food Asokoro Abuja by the Chief of Army Staff took place today, Tuesday 2nd of January 2018.
The Chief of army Staff in his opening speech said a soldier if well fed is not only combatant in action but also ready to take up any task at a last command. The restaurant is opened to Foster the relationship between the military and civil society.
The corps Commander in Chief of supply and transport Major General A.A. Jida while addressing the press during the event said it was in the interest and Agenda of the commander in chief of Army Staff Lt. General Buratai to provide good nutrition not only to the military but general environment.
St food as it’s been called is not only in the military environment but also outside the military environment. And this is the third of it kind in Nigeria. St food was Commissioned in the Army Headquarters last year, it will soon spread to town and cities within Nigeria.
