The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the House of Representatives in the Kosofe Federal Constituency, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, has reiterated his commitment to providing stronger and more effective representation for the people of Kosofe.
Oshinowo made the declaration during his ongoing ward-to-ward engagements across the constituency, as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s grassroots structure, deepen mobilisation and ensure that every zone remains firmly connected to the campaign.
The meeting was hosted by the Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Hon. Moyisore Ogunlewe, who welcomed party leaders, stakeholders, supporters and members of the campaign team to the engagement.
Speaking during the meeting, Oshinowo emphasised the importance of grassroots participation and sustained engagement with constituents, noting that effective representation must be built on a strong understanding of the needs, concerns and aspirations of the people.
He said his campaign would continue to prioritise direct engagement with communities and stakeholders, stressing that the objective was to build a stronger political structure capable of delivering meaningful representation for Kosofe Federal Constituency.
According to him, the ward-to-ward meetings are not merely campaign activities but opportunities to listen to the people, strengthen relationships with party members and mobilise residents around a common vision for the constituency.
The APC candidate further called for unity among party members and stakeholders, urging them to work collectively towards strengthening the party’s presence at the grassroots.
Also speaking at the gathering, Hon. Moyisore Ogunlewe, who serves as Campaign Director of the MDO Campaign, reaffirmed the campaign’s determination to reach every ward and zone within the constituency.
Ogunlewe stressed the importance of a well-coordinated grassroots structure in achieving electoral success, noting that the campaign would continue to engage party members and constituents across Kosofe.
He called on supporters to remain committed, organised and united as the campaign progresses, expressing confidence that the growing grassroots mobilisation would translate into strong support for Oshinowo at the polls.
