Governor Biodun oyebanji sincerely appreciates President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,security agencies, and the good people of Ekiti State

My sincere thanks go to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the security agencies, and the good people of Ekiti Stat for their support, which facilitated the timely release of the abducted pupils and teachers of the Apostolic Faith Nursery and Primary School in Emure Ekiti. These victims are now receiving appropriate medical treatment at the State Teaching Hospital in Ado Ekiti.

I am also in touch with the heads of security agencies on the ongoing investigation into the death of our two Royal Fathers and the bus driver of the abducted pupils to apprehend those responsible for the tragic assault and make them face the maximum weight of the law. There will be no hiding place for them.

We remain committed to working with our security agencies and the traditional institution to keep our people safe and to prevent marauders from breaching the hard-earned peace in our dear state
