During today’s plenary session, the distinguished Honourable Nnamdi Ezechi introduced two fresh bills for their first readings:
1. The Federal College of Aviation Technology, Ogume, Delta State (Establishment) Bill, 2023 (HB.866) (sponsored by Hon. Nnamdi Ezechi) – First reading.
2. The Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Kwale, Delta State (Establishment) Bill, 2023 (HB.867) (sponsored by Hon. Nnamdi Ezechi) – First reading.
Recognizing the limited availability of federal aviation colleges in our nation, Hon. Ezechi has taken the initiative to propose a bill aimed at establishing an aviation college in Ogume, Delta State. And also, following the approval of the esteemed President, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, for the establishment of the Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences in Kwale, Delta State, Hon. Nnamdi Ezechi has dutifully sponsored the necessary bill in accordance with the legislative requirements for the establishment of such educational institution in the country.
