Stakeholders Meet in Abuja on Nigeria’s Spectrum Roadmap and Emerging Wireless Technologies

Key industry players and government officials on Tuesday gathered in Abuja for a stakeholder engagement organised by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to discuss Nigeria’s Spectrum Roadmap for 2026–2030 and new guidelines on next-generation wireless technologies.

The event also featured discussions on guidelines for the use of the 60GHz band for multi-gigabit wireless systems and the lower 6GHz band for Wi-Fi 6 in Nigeria. The meeting was held at the NCC Auditorium, Communications and Digital Economy Complex, Mbora, Abuja.
