Umunze, Orumba-South LGA, Anambra State – In a grand display of love, respect, and gratitude, Honourable Princess Chinwe Nnabuife, a prominent politician and member of the House of Representatives, bid farewell to her beloved mother, Late Mrs. Chiatusiura Elizabeth Nnabuife, in a befitting burial ceremony.
The burial, held at Aladinma Primary School, Amuda Village, Umunze, on January 2, 2026, was attended by a galaxy of dignitaries, including Governor Charles Soludo, Senator victor umeh, and other prominent politicians, traditional leaders, and stakeholders from various industries.
The occasion was a testament to the strong bond between Hon. Princess Chinwe Nnabuife and her late mother, who instilled in her strong moral values and godly principles. Adadioranma as she is aptly described, spared no effort in giving her mother a royal sendoff, befitting her status as a matriarch of peace and a revered member of the Umunze community.
As the casket was lowered into the grave, emotions ran high, with many in attendance overcome with grief. But amidst the sorrow, there was also a sense of pride and admiration for Hon. Princess Chinwe Nnabuife, who has become a shining example of her mother’s legacy.
Governor Soludo, in his condolence message, praised the late Mrs. Nnabuife as a woman of great faith, love, and sacrifice, and commended Hon. Princess Chinwe Nnabuife for her dedication to public service.
The burial ceremony was a grand affair, with many dignitaries and well-wishers in attendance, a testament to the impact of the late Mrs. Nnabuife on the community and beyond.
As the people of Umunze bid farewell to the late matriarch, they take comfort in the knowledge that her legacy will live on through her children, including Hon. Princess Chinwe Nnabuife, who has become a beacon of hope and inspiration for many.
