APPRECIATION MESSAGE
I wish to express my profound gratitude and sincere appreciation to everyone who honoured my family with their presence, goodwill, prayers and support during the wedding ceremony of my children.
I am particularly grateful to His Excellency, the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima, His Excellency, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, His Excellency, Umar Usman Kadafur, The Deputy Governor of Borno state, the APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Hon. Mustapha Gubio, Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori, Distinguished Senator MT Monguno, Ali Ndume, Kaka Shehu, and all other distinguished Senators, Hon. Min. Abubakar Kyari, Hon. Abubakar Kabir Abubakar (Abba Bichi), Member representing Bichi Federal Constituency and Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations, and my honourable colleagues, Rt. Hon. Hon. Abdulkarim Lawan, Honourable Members of the State House of Assembly, The Secretary to the state government Hon. Bukar Tijjani, Hon. Commissioners, Special Advisers, SSAs, Board Members, and all other government appointees. The Shehu of Borno, ably represented by the Waziri of Borno, Mutawalli Shettima Bukar, the Chairman of the North-East Development Commission, Mohammed Goni Alkali, the elder statesmen of our state, Amb. Baba Ahmed Jidda, Hon. Mali Bulama Mali Gubio, Chairmen of our Local Government Areas, traditional rulers, political leaders, community leaders, friends, colleagues and all distinguished guests who shared in our joy.
Your presence was a profound honour to me and my family. At a time of great personal significance, your decision to stand with us and celebrate this important occasion demonstrated the strength of the bonds of friendship, brotherhood and solidarity that we have built over the years.
I am deeply humbled by the sacrifices many of you made to be present. Some travelled long distances, despite demanding responsibilities and schedules, simply to honour my family. Such gestures of goodwill are not measured by words, and they will remain deeply appreciated and remembered.
To those who were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond their control, I equally extend my sincere appreciation. Your prayers, goodwill and kind thoughts were deeply felt, and I hold them in the same high regard.
On behalf of my family, I thank each and every one of you for making the occasion memorable and for sharing in our happiness. Your presence added immeasurable meaning to the celebration and strengthened the joy of the entire family.
May Almighty Allah continue to bless you and your families, grant you good health and fulfilment, protect our communities, and strengthen the bonds of unity, friendship and brotherhood among us.
