Executive-Legislative Co-operation Promote Democracy-Hon. Marke.

The member representing Dawakin Tofa constituency at kano state House of assembly, Honorable Saleh Ahmed Marke disclosed that cordial relationship between executive and legislative arms promotes democracy for states and national development.
He made the remark in an interview with Nigerian Assembly News in kano, adding that without good understanding and co-operation between the two sides, there would be no democratic progress, where he lamented that it is clear that Nigerian democracy is now developing from what is happening in the National and states houses of assemblies.
Honorable Marke added that the legislative arms are trying their best in making laws that will move Nigeria forward especially in the present democratic dispensation, where he assured that this country would become an examplary nation in every sector because all hands are on deck in making this progress a reality.
In conclusion, the lawmaker assured that good understanding will continue to reign between the kano state house is assembly and kano state government in order to continue reaping the good harvest of democracy at both rural and urban settlements.
