Police to arrest actors in vandalism of Dino Melaye’s constituency projects
The police have assured that those who razed and vandalised four constituency projects built in Lokoja by Senator Dino Melaye less than 24 hours to their inauguration would be brought to book.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Operations at the Kogi State Police Command, DCP Monday Bala Kuryas gave the assurance after taking a tour of the destroyed facilities on Wednesday.
He said the acts was premeditated as the arsonists armed with tyres burnt down the building and damaged some other structures.
He said his men were deployed to the affected schools to ensure maintenance of law and order.
